Through this case study, it is evident that TAI was able to create a scalable freelance company matching system that aims to make hiring, collaboration, or managing the workforce a simpler process. The system serves as a powerful online platform for matching companies with freelancers.

The system uses the concept of smart matching algorithms and has a freelancer management system that allows for the end-to-end engagement of freelancers. From the moment of onboarding to the time of project delivery, the system facilitates the management of the remote workforce. The system enhances the management of the workforce and saves the time of the business entity while acquiring talent.

Problem Statement

The challenge here for the customer was to manage and handle an increasing number of freelancers using disparate solutions, and to do it manually. This was making it hard to match freelancers to suitable companies. Furthermore, there was no central database system for freelancers that helped in monitoring skills, availability, and previous project experience and performance.
