For job seekers, Fudosan Career allows individuals to easily register, create professional resumes, search for job opportunities, and manage their applications in a seamless manner. The platform’s job search functionality is designed to help candidates filter positions based on various criteria such as location, role, and industry sector, making it easier for them to find suitable career opportunities in the real estate field.
For employers, Fudosan Career offers a suite of tools to effectively manage job postings, track applicants, and streamline the hiring process. Employers can post new job vacancies, review applications, and communicate with candidates directly through the platform, reducing the time and effort involved in recruitment.
The system is tailored for three distinct user roles: Admin, Client, and Recruitment, each with unique access levels and functionalities. The Admin role holds overarching control, overseeing the system’s operations, user access, and data integrity. The Client role is typically reserved for companies and organizations within the real estate sector, where they can manage job postings and view application statistics. The Recruitment role, designed for recruitment agencies or HR professionals, offers specialized features for managing applicants, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
Many real estate companies struggle with human resource acquisition due to the competitive nature of the industry and the specialized skills required for various roles. Sourcing qualified candidates can be time-consuming and challenging, with many companies relying on traditional methods that may not effectively reach the right talent. Additionally, long hiring cycles and a lack of dedicated recruitment resources can lead to operational inefficiencies and higher turnover rates. These challenges hinder the growth and success of real estate businesses. To address this, specialized recruitment support services are needed to streamline the hiring process, connect companies with skilled candidates, and help them build a strong, reliable workforce.
The project faced several key challenges. All assigned tasks—including feature enhancements, bug fixes, and the development of new functionalities—were successfully completed and delivered within the scheduled timeline. Our team maintained a consistent focus on quality and precision, ensuring that every update contributed to a more seamless and efficient user experience. The AWS infrastructure was carefully optimized, leveraging services such as EC2, RDS, CloudFront, and S3 to enhance the application’s performance, scalability, and data security.
